My 2016 Resolutions
- Do at least 10 minutes of yoga each day and do at least 60 minutes of exercise on one day each week
- Don't turn my music up so loud - Seriously Hannah, it isn't good for your ears
- Turn my internet/electrical devices off for at least one hour a day - Another thing I could really do with
- Go to church once a month - I haven't been in 4 years and even though I'm really confused abut my religion at the moment, I do still identify as a Christian and would like to embrace that
- Drink at least two glasses of water a day - I know you're supposed to drink more, but I've decided to take baby steps
- Donate my hair - I've been planning this for months but I will get it done this year
- Read 60 books
- Spend one day a week completely off social media
- Eat a piece of fruit or vegetable a day - I am generally quire good with this and so manage to get at least 3 of my 5 a day into a meal, but it can't hurt.
- Write one good thing that happened each day
- Buy a subscription box - I don't know, it is something i've wanted to do for a while
- Go to a book signing/literary event - I feel left out from the whole fiasco!
- Learn to beatbox - because life is about experiences
- Try my hand at flower pressing - see above
